Meet the team
Aaron
Founder & Lead Electrician
Aaron leads Crafted3 and remains hands‑on across every project. As a qualified electrician with extensive experience in residential renovations, Aaron combines technical expertise with a strong eye for layout, lighting, and practical design.
He founded Crafted3 to offer homeowners something better than rushed, fragmented trade work — a service where projects are properly planned, clearly communicated, and finished to a high standard.
Aaron oversees:
Electrical design and installation
Project planning and sequencing
Quality control and final finishes
Client communication from start to finish
His approach is straightforward and honest: do the job properly, respect the client’s home, and deliver work you’re proud to put your name to.
Anthony
Electrician & Project Lead
Anthony is a fully qualified electrician who joined Crafted3 after previously serving in the British Army. His military background brings a level of discipline, organisation, and reliability that clients notice immediately.
Timekeeping, planning, and execution are second nature to Anthony. He plays a key role in keeping projects on track, ensuring work progresses smoothly and deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

Joseph
Apprentice
Joseph is the newest member of the Crafted3 team and is currently completing his electrical apprenticeship. Working closely alongside Aaron and Anthony, he is developing his skills the right way — on real renovation projects, with proper supervision and high standards.
Joseph brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn. He supports across installations, preparation, and finishing work, while being trained to uphold the same care and professionalism expected across all Crafted3 projects.
